My Approach
Practical, supportive, evidence-based, & holistic. I believe that even small changes can lead to significant transformations. I provide a safe and reflective space where people can explore their challenges and strengths. By facilitating focus and offering additional knowledge and skills, I hope to empower people to enhance their wellbeing, create sustainable changes, and achieve their goals.
I primarily use a CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), or FACT (Focussed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) approach when working therapeutically. I also weave in approaches and strategies from other modalities, as clinically indicated.
I enjoy working with individuals, whānau, organisations, and more broadly with systems.
