Therapy Sessions
Online psychological therapy for adults (aged 18yrs+) who are wanting help to overcome challenges in their life, or improve their health and wellbeing.

How many sessions will you need?
This varies depending on your needs. Most people will benefit from 4-6 sessions, however some may only need 1 or 2. Some people may choose to have ongoing or longer-term sessions to help them maintain progress, or to work through multiple or complex issues. I am happy to work within your schedule and budget. My overall aim is always to help people to learn to cope and manage independently.
Rates:
$200 for a 50 minute session (standard)
$299 for a 80 minute session (longer session)
$100 for a 25 minute booster session (by negotiation only)
If cost is a barrier to you getting support please reach out. I may be able to suggest other more affordable or free services in the community. A good place to start is seeing your GP.
Payment & Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel or change your appointment please give at least 24hrs notice to avoid paying a 50% late cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your booked appointment and do not provide any notice you will be charged the full session fee. New clients will need to pay for the first session in advance to secure the booking. Thank you for your understanding.
